The monitor came with lines all down the screen and doesn’t look good, however more concerningly when trying to play crusader kings 3 my PC keeps crashing, I have tried many ways to prevent this, including resetting the drives, uninstalling and reinstalling and replacing the hdmi and monitors. This is simply inconvenient and annoying, if there is anything you could do to help it would be greatly appreciated I’m not too concerned for the monitor as I have another even though it is older, however the fact I can’t play a game that was the sole reason for me buying this PC I would like to have this fixed. Thank you
