Our policy ensures that your gift is protected even after it’s unwrapped—so you can shop with confidence.

 Christmas Extended Returns Policy

To make holiday shopping easier, we’re offering an extended returns policy for Christmas. Any items purchased between **November 5th and December 20th** qualify for this extended option, with specific terms outlined below.

Refunds:
This policy has not been changed and remains the same. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the item’s delivery, and the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges and Upgrades: 
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or feel you may have selected the wrong item, we offer hassle-free upgrades until **January 31st, 2025**. Simply find the item you prefer, and we’ll exchange it for you with no additional fees (you will only need to cover the return postage, as the item is not faulty). Just ensure the original item is in like-new condition with all packaging intact to avoid restocking fees as per our standard return policy.

 -Faulty Items:

For faults, you have until January 31st to request a replacement. If your item is found to be faulty within 30 days of opening (even if first opened on Christmas Day), we’ll arrange a like-for-like replacement with quick delivery and collect the original item at no cost to you. Rest assured, your item remains covered under its standard warranty even beyond this 30-day period, providing you with ongoing support and protection.

 Please Note:
- This policy applies only to items first opened on Christmas Day.  

 - Pre-Christmas Usage: Limited pre-Christmas testing (e.g., briefly powering on) is acceptable, but items heavily used before Christmas Day are not eligible for the extended policy.

- Usage Tracking: We track system usage to ensure fairness. If usage logs indicate the item was significantly used starting in November, normal warranty procedures apply. You’ll still be covered, but postage costs for returns will be required in such cases.

 

If your item is faulty **after 30 days**, don’t worry! You’re still covered under our warranty policy. The only difference is that, after January 31st, you would need to cover the postage fees. For faults discovered before January 31st, we’ll handle everything 100%—ensuring you receive a hassle-free, like-for-like replacement.

**Important:** All emails regarding issues must be sent between **December 25th and January 17th** to qualify for the Christmas Extended Returns Policy.
