  • 🎄 Christmas Extended Returns Policy 2025

    To make holiday shopping even easier, we’re extending our standard return and exchange options for all purchases made during the festive period.

    Applies to all items purchased between:

    • 🗓️ November 5th and December 20th, 2025
  • 💰 Refunds

    Our standard refund policy remains unchanged.

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • 🔄 Exchanges and Upgrades

    Ordered the wrong item? Don’t worry — VenoScorp is here to help!

    We understand that sometimes the wrong PC or configuration might be chosen, especially during the busy Christmas season. As long as the item is kept in like-new condition and returned in its original packaging, our team will personally assist you in finding the right system.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Our friendly experts will jump on a quick call with you to understand your requirements.
    • You can then upgrade or exchange to a different model — you only pay the price difference.
    • Postage fees are not included, and are usually around £25–£35, which covers both ways (returning your current system and delivering the new one).
    • No need to wait for refunds or pay twice; we’ll handle the swap smoothly.
    • Our logistics team will dispatch your new system quickly and arrange for your old one to be collected at the same time as delivery.

  • ⚙️ Faulty Items

    If your item develops a fault, you have until January 31st, 2026 to request a replacement.

    If you contact us on or before January 31st, 2026, we will arrange a full replacement computer with no waiting time — we’ll dispatch the new system immediately and collect the faulty one at the same time for your convenience.

    If you contact us after January 31st, 2026, don’t worry — your system is still fully covered under our standard warranty policy. The only difference is that it will then follow our normal warranty process, which involves sending the item to us for inspection and repair or replacement, before being returned to you.

    This means customers who report a fault by January 31st qualify for a straight-swap replacement, while those after this date remain covered under standard warranty terms.

    Please note: We usually aim to dispatch replacement systems within 1–3 working days, depending on stock and courier availability.

  • 📋 Please Note:

    • This extended policy applies only to items first opened on Christmas Day (25th December 2025).
    • Pre-Christmas testing (brief power-on checks) is acceptable. However, items heavily used before Christmas are not eligible for this extended policy.
    • Usage logs may be reviewed to confirm eligibility. Systems heavily used prior to Christmas will still be covered under the standard warranty, but return postage costs will apply.
  • 🧾 After 30 Days

    • If your item develops a fault after 30 days, don’t worry — you’re still fully covered under our standard warranty policy.
    • The only difference is that, after January 31st, 2026, you’ll be responsible for postage fees.
    • For any issues reported before January 31st, we’ll handle everything — including postage and replacement — completely free of charge.

✉️ Important : All emails regarding Christmas-related warranty or return requests must be sent between December 25th, 2025, and January 17th, 2026 to qualify for the Christmas Extended Returns Policy.
