ย About the Game
Terminator: Dark Fate โ Defiance immerses players into a real-time strategy game set within the Terminator: Dark Fate universe, encapsulating the ongoing conflict between humanity and Legion's synthetic intelligent machine network. Within the single-player campaign, you embody the role of a commander within the Founders, a faction comprising remnants of the US military. Your mission: to guide this force and thwart Legion's endeavor to eradicate humanity's last vestiges.
Dive into skirmish and multiplayer modes featuring three distinct factions: the Founders, the Resistance, and Legion. Assume command over an army that persists from one mission to the next across expansive strategic maps. Critical decisions surrounding unit placement, strategic tactics, and abilities will determine not only your survival but also your rise as the leader of the resistance movement against the machines. Enhance your prowess and military acumen by replaying scenarios and aiming for optimal outcomes.
Key Features:
Initiate humanity's fight against the machines by surviving confrontations with Legion while rallying support for your cause. In the wake of the machines' ascension, the gravest threats may emerge from human survivors rather than the machines themselves.
Traverse perilous territories, forge alliances, gather resources, and navigate the complex dynamics among rival human factions.
Participate in intricate, true-to-life battles where your tactical choices define your survival and ultimate triumph. Employ diverse military equipment, vehicles, and ammunition against your adversaries. Recruit and train fresh units, bestow new skills, and acquire advanced weaponry and gear to sustain the resistance.
Face tense battles where your decisions impact the campaign, influencing other factions and characters to ally with or oppose you, thereby affecting mission availability. With limited resources, safeguard your army as war instruments endure damage through a modular component system, where armour attributes, malfunctions, and structural integrity influence your troops' fate.
Lead humanity's survival by rallying others to your side and expanding your army. Customise your troop composition to align with your preferred battle strategies, utilising infantry units, heavily armoured vehicles, plasma technology, drones, aerial units, and human skirmishers for triumph.
Leverage the battlefield to your advantage! Experience physics-based building demolition, yielding realistic tactical consequences, especially within urban environments.
Challenge your abilities in skirmish and online multiplayer battles. Engage in 1v1, 2v1, and 2v2 matches against human adversaries to test your tactical prowess.
